SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days once your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions may be available during special events or sales.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier.

  • Bryelle Sticker Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Address Changes:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to update it, contact us immediately at bryellestickerco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at bryellestickerco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once they’re placed. Contact us at bryellestickerco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.
