  • Usage: Stickers are intended for personal use only and are not for resale or commercial use without prior authorization.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via Wix, and we accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes at checkout.

4. Orders and Cancellations

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Order Changes: We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us at bryellestickerco@gmail.com if you need assistance.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and issued a refund or store credit.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping Times: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Bryelle Sticker Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once the order is in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bryellestickerco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • Design Ownership: All sticker designs, branding, graphics, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Bryelle Sticker Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • Use of Products: Stickers are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, copy, or distribute our products without our permission.

If you submit a design request to Bryelle Sticker Co., you agree to the following terms regarding ownership and intellectual property:

  • By submitting a design request, you grant Bryelle Sticker Co. the exclusive rights, title, and ownership of the design in its entirety.

  • Once a design is submitted, it becomes the sole property of Bryelle Sticker Co., and we have the full right to use, modify, reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercialize the design in any way we see fit, without further permission, notice, or compensation to you.

  • You understand and agree that you are not entitled to any royalties, payments, or financial compensation for submitted designs, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

  • You affirm that the design you submit does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have full authority to grant these rights to Bryelle Sticker Co.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Product Accuracy: We aim to display accurate product information (colors, sizes, etc.), but slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.

  • Website Use: We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
